Irish Mashed Potatoes

2 cups mashed potatoes
1 egg
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes or
    1 to 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
Paprika

Whip egg and combine with mashed potatoes and a little salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Put into a baking dish; sprinkle paprika over the top and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
